Wellspring Meadows Assisted Living, located in Hayden, ID offers assisted living & adult day services.

In addition to our in-home care services, we also have an assisted living facility in Hayden, ID. We provide all of the same services here as our in-home service, and then some. Our community is secure and features 32 beds in couples' suites, private rooms, and semi-private rooms. Unlike in-home care, our assisted living facility offers round-the-clock assistance. We also have an adult daycare option. We provide home-cooked meals every day, but that's not all we have in-house. We have our very own salon for our residents. We also have a private bus that we use to offer our residents transportation for doctor's appointments, shopping, and general outings. We are conveniently located near several physicians, clinics, and hospitals, so you can rest assured that our residents are close to medical care.
