Tucked within the historic Singer building, located in the heart of the Notre Dame expansive campus area, Morningview has truly become a part of this rich community. Sterling Healthcare Management acquired Morningview in 2015 and has been instilling its message of “trust, care, and quality of life” ever since. The Singer building, originally a renown sewing machine manufacturing location in the 1800s, retains much of its original, rustic styling. This, combined with our recently renovated first floor, has created a sense of welcome that permeates throughout the entire facility. At Morning View Assisted Living, our top priority is to provide a comfortable and enriching environment for our residents. We offer a variety of services and amenities to meet both the medical and non-medical needs of our residents.
