Crestavilla opened in July 2018 at 30111 Niguel Road in Laguna Niguel, CA, a Spanish Colonial building on a hillside minutes from the Pacific shoreline. Features include kitchens with granite countertops, walk-in closets, high ceilings with crown molding and, in select residences, large balconies or patios. Each plan covers a size range, so two apartments on the same plan can differ in size.

Dining at Crestavilla

Assisted living and memory care both include three chef-driven meals a day. Crestavilla has five dining venues: Crystal Cove with its open-concept kitchen, Emerald Bay for wood-fired dinners, Trestles Bistro for breakfast and lunch, the Poolside Lounge and the Top of the World rooftop lounge. Memory care residents dine at Weltman's, a space set aside for them.

Crestavilla's memory care runs on Kisco's Heirloom program, inside a secure neighborhood, a wing or section of the building, where licensed staff are on hand around the clock. Your family member would have a private or semi-private suite (one meant to be shared), and care comes in three levels: Heirloom Essential, Heirloom Enhanced and Heirloom Custom. Music therapy, gardening, sensory walks, intergenerational visits and reminiscence activities shape the day.

Life at Crestavilla

The Red Carpet Speaker Series brings in authors, experts and artists, and the Adventurous Eaters club, cooking demonstrations and wine tastings fill out the calendar. Crestavilla partners with Laguna Playhouse for behind-the-scenes access and special discounts, and with Segerstrom Center for the Arts and Laguna Art Museum, which puts theater and art within easy reach.
