Churchill Farm AFC Est. 1995. Providing care of the elderly by the founders Paul and Lillian Coffeen. Churchill Farm was established 1995 with the founders Paul and Lillian Coffeen. Paul Coffeen is a third generation caretaker of the elderly with his wife Lillian Coffeen. They have been working with the elderly since 1988. Paul and Lillian purchase there first home from Paul's mother who was a second generation of caretaker. This family legacy of taking care and assisting the elderly is now passed down to Michael Coffeen which is fourth generation caretaker. Our family is on the premisses 24-hours a day and 7-days a week. Paul, Lillian, and Michael Coffeen all work one on one with each client. They take care of there client from begging of there downfall to end of life. Over the years there home have earned rewards for there outstanding care and cleanliness. Also Paul, Lillian, and Michael Coffeen have created friendship with clients family that still exist today. Churchill Farm offers full care for your significant family member. The home also works closely with a nurse practitioner thats always on call. Churchill Farm always put your family member need first to make sure they get the very best and outstanding care with there personal one on one time.
