The 110-bed facility provides individualized medical rehabilitation in a warm, friendly environment designed to make everyone feel at home. With an emphasis on total care, Gracy Woods focuses on a holistic approach to healthcare addressing the physical, emotional, social and spiritual health of each resident. We offer unique features to make both short- and long-term stays comfortable, including an on-site chaplain who provides spiritual care to residents and their families and a full-time life enrichment director who plans activities that promote fun and vitality. All residents, including those in short-term rehab, enjoy cable and telephone services. If needed, we provide wheelchair van transportation for residents. We understand the importance of variety in meals and offer an a la carte dining program that allows residents to order from a menu, choosing from an array of delicious entrees and side dishes. In addition to traditional care, we also offer a special care unit designed to enhance the quality of life for those with memory impairments and other forms of dementia. The facility is located in close proximity to major medical centers including St. David’s North Austin Medical Center and Seton Northwest Hospital.
