Our Skilled Nursing Facility provides medically necessary professional services from the on site physician, nurses, physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our physician is hands-on in the facility five days a week. Our treatment nurses are wound certified. The therapy team also specializes and assists nursing with wound care with diathermy, pain management, ultra-sound, and e-stim, as well as, work with patients on bio-feedback to help upgrade patients with dysphagia for food and liquid upgrades.
