Founded by Pat and Norma Pezzelli, Golden Crest Nursing Centre was Rhode Island’s very first skilled nursing facility when it first opened in 1969. At that time, it was recognized throughout the region as the most advanced facility of its type ever constructed. Now in its 50th year of operation, Golden Crest Nursing Centre remains a leader in the industry.
