Millennium Institute is an integrated health center for adults. For years, our founder, Dr. Juan Rodriguez-Hernandez understood that Puerto Rican society lacked specialized centers for seniors.
In 2001, together with other health professionals, they began to build their idea of an integrated center for the elderly. Millennium Institute is the first center in Puerto Rico that provides health home, nursing home & respite, skilled nursing facility (SNF) and institutional hospice services under one roof.
