Located in Baden, PA, Concordia at Villa St. Joseph has a faithful tradition of caring, comfort and healing. Our services may include short-term rehabilitation, long-term nursing care, personal care, memory care and outpatient rehabilitation, but our GOAL is to make things as simple as possible for our patients, residents and families. We’ll even walk you through the paperwork. Villa St. Joseph was founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. In August 2021, a personal care and memory care community was added to the location to fulfill a need for services in the region. Situated amidst the beautiful backdrop of nature, those in our care enjoy tranquil surroundings, yet are just minutes from restaurants, shopping, parks and more.
