The Oaks, located in Winston-Salem, NC offers skilled rehabilitation.

The Oaks offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, palliative and hospice care, respite care and outpatient therapy. The Oaks is conveniently located across from Forsyth Medical Center and physician offices. Our facility features a comprehensive rehabilitation program that compliments the therapy a patient receives in the acute care setting. The goal is to maximize each patient’s potential through the use of state-of-the-art technology, including diathermy, electrical stimulation and vital stimulation. The Oaks also provides wound care management and offers daily physician coverage.

Planning a safe discharge is paramount to every patient’s successful transition back to their prior living setting.
