Our mission at Hopkins is to promote healing and better health within a caring and supportive environment. Our dedicated clinical and supportive staff strives to provide a loving atmosphere for all patients and residents. At Hopkins we provide services for those in need of short term as well as long term care. Those that require short-term rehabilitation are placed on one of our two 36-bed subacute care units. In order to ensure a timely return home back into the community, we offer rehabilitation services seven days a week. We are committed to being a facility for you or a loved one that requires care at any level.
