Pathways is a 112 bed complex care nursing facility located in Niskayuna, NY a beautiful suburb of Schenectady with easy access to 890, Northway and Thruway. We offer specialized care in: Pediatrics, Adults/Geriatrics, Ventilators, Traumatic Brain Injury and Rehabilitation. We are currently finishing up our major renovation that started in late 2017. For the renovation we went through every unit to bring brand new bright rooms, moved our therapy room to a bigger space and enhanced all of our gathering rooms and lobby! When it is completed we will have tripled our Ventilator Unit, and offer more private rooms than before bringing more privacy and personalized care to all residents.
