The Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility is a New Jersey state-licensed, 108 bed facility. Certified and rated five stars by Medicare, our health care center offers comprehensive and professional nursing services for both temporary and extended stays. Extensive rehabilitation services are available on-site. All residents, as well as members of the community-at-large can avail themselves of our premier rehabilitation and nursing programs. The Meadows offers four long-term households and two sub-acute/short-term ones. EVERY resident has their own private bedroom. We strive to provide a home-like atmosphere, and have embraced a wonderful enrichment program that incorporates bringing the "out of doors" inside. For our residents, this means the joy of cuddling with a soft puppy, listening to songbirds, sharing a smile with a small child or marveling at the beauty of living plants and flowers -- the benefits are endless! Our caring nursing staff promotes a program of restorative nursing designed to develop each person's potential for a maximum level of independence. A dedicated staff of activity professionals enhances nursing care with a program designed to promote interest and enjoyment. Residents are encouraged to particpate in monthly Residents' Council meetings.
