Memorial Healthcare offers a 32-bed Long Term Care unit located on 4 and 5 South when around-the-clock attention is needed. We provide quality care in an environment that encourages independence and personal choice. We have 5-Star staffing, which offers outstanding staff-to-resident ratio that allows the health team to focus on each resident’s unique strengths and abilities. Dr. Narender Thatikonda, M.D. serves as our Medical Director to ensure quality care, consistency, and attention to detail. Residents can enjoy family style dining, late night snacks, or order directly from the cafeteria. Here on the Long Term Care unit, there is a choice of activities. Whether it’s painting, gardening or simply looking at photos or listening to music. Our activities are tailored to a resident’s individual preference. Memorial Healthcare offers 7 beds dedicated to the rehabilitation of our residents. Gary Branch, D.O. serves as our Medical Director of Skilled Care and Rehabilitation. Services include 24-hour Registered Nurse and physician care, Registered Dietitians, Social Service support, and individualized activities. Here residents can recover and work on strengthening with our in-house physical, occupational and speech therapy departments before going home. We strive to help our residents restore an optimal level of function and independence.
