Located 15 minutes from Grand Rapids, Allendale Nursing and Rehabilitation Community provides excellence in clinical care delivery while maintaining a home-like environment for the people we serve.

Allendale Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a 2012 recipient of the prestigious, Silver - Commitment to Quality National Quality Award presented by the American Health Care Association. This community offers a variety of activities catered to each resident, which include spiritual needs and pet therapy for emotional well-being. We are proud that our community serves as our residents’ home and a gathering place for family and friends. Through daily interactions, warm smiles, and kind words, our residents know our staff members care for them and about them.

Allendale Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is a 60-bed transitional care center with a long term care available. Allendale has been recently renovated to include 25 semi-private and 10 private rooms, a spacious therapy gym, and multiple areas where families can spend time together or enjoy family dining . We are committed to providing excellence in clinical care delivery while maintaining a home-like environment for the residents we serve.

Allendale has two distinct nursing units dedicated to both a short or long term stay. Our transitional care unit was designed for your comfort while our Rehabilitation Team works with you to regain your strength and endurance.
