Woodlawn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is located at 59 West Front Street in Skowhegan, Maine and offers both private and semi-private rooms for up to 46 residents. By virtue of our small size, Woodlawn’s guests are afforded a personalized, intimate, home-like environment to receive their healthcare services. We provide a superior group of physicians, nurses and nursing assistants who work together as a team to create a positive and healthy environment. Residents are warmly regarded and share relationships with employees of other departments as well, including dietary personnel, housekeeping and laundry, medical records, business managers and social workers. Long Term Care & Nursing Services Woodlawn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center provides an environment that allows for each resident to achieve their highest level of independence. All the routines and comforts of daily living are in place, with professional support available 24 hours a day. We offer comprehensive 24-hour nursing care along with clinical management of chronic diseases. In addition to the attention provided by our highly trained and skilled nursing staff, our residents have complete access to restorative nursing and therapy services on an as-needed basis. Woodlawn Skilled Rehabilitation Services are offered seven days a week and are coordinated with your physician and our therapists. Our experienced and qualified staff work with each person to provide the very best hospital-to-home, short-term rehabilitation services available after surgery or injury.
