Pacific Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation Center offers 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with experienced staff dedicated to treating our residents with dignity and respect. Our nursing and rehab services assist individuals with regaining their highest level of independence, improve their current abilities, and making their stay as comfortable as possible. We provide residents with customized care and attend to their specific needs including post-acute care, physical rehabilitation and out-patient therapy.
