At Amaya Springs Health Care Center, we are committed to developing clinical programs focused on meeting the specific needs of patients in our East San Diego Community. Working with local physicians and other medical professionals, we established programs addressing patient needs in areas of Stroke/ Neuro Trauma Recovery, Cardiac Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. We care for a wide range of patients and a full spectrum of medical conditions and needs. Our professional nurses and nursing assistants, in partnership with the patient’s physician, provide care for the whole patient. Working hand-in-hand, the nurses and our in-house therapists provide care that is consistent with each patient’s ability to recover.
