Piedmont Health Care Center is fortunate to be situated at the foot of beautiful Dugger Mountain in Calhoun County, Alabama. We have a 5-acre campus that includes a 5-Star Rated, 91-bed skilled nursing facility, a Memory Care facility and adjoining Independent Living facility. We also offer Outpatient Therapy services. In 2019, we were fortunate to be selected as the location for an Open Spaces Sacred Places ™ Garden, that caters to those seeking a healing environment. Our organization is a non-profit entity, owned and operated by The Piedmont Health Care Authority, an entity of The City of Piedmont, AL. Our five-member Board is a non-compensated organization and receives no monetary reward to serve our residents.
