WestHaven Assisted Living supports residents who will benefit from community living, socialization, and extra care assistance . Residents have a range of needs based on cognitive and physical challenges, including assistance with activities of daily living, hip fracture and stroke recovery and chronic illness management. We are also approved to provide care and support for residents with advanced dementia, limited mobility, bedridden, and even Hospice care. We assist with personal care; resident medications; housekeeping; daily meal program; all in a 24/7 professionally staffed and managed care community.
