Opened in the Fall of 2022, The Marsh at Carolina Park will serve adults in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and the surrounding areas who seek an active, wellness-oriented community. The Marsh is located within the Restore community of Carolina Park. Restore offers single-family homes for active adults 55 years of age and up, as well as multiple offerings of senior apartments, including flats, studios, and multiple bedroom floor plans with varying layouts and views. Residents of The Marsh Independent Cottages will be able to take part and enjoy several of the amenities Restore has to offer. There is a fitness and wellness center, continuing education area that includes a demonstration kitchen with studio lighting and sound, and a pool and cabana with resort-style pickleball and bocce ball courts. The Marsh is an all-inclusive community providing assisted living and memory care services. A limited number of two-bedroom, two-bath independent living cottages are available for rent. As a Senior Solutions Management Group community, The Marsh has a specific focus on the basics of senior care. Our goal is to provide a safe, inviting environment that offers resident oversight in medication management, meal preparation, and meaningful, engaging activities. The Marsh is located just minutes from Roper St. Francis, which provides a department that emphasizes in geriatric care. Historic downtown Charleston is 15 miles away and offers many attractions, including dining, shopping, parks, and sporting activities.
