The Crest View Apartment building is located on the Farm Crest campus, and the Wheat Ridge Apartment building, newly opened in November 2019, is located on the Wheat Ridge campus. Both buildings offer convenient indoor access to service and recreation areas. Each unit is equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning, a refrigerator/freezer and range with full size oven. Emergency pull cords and smoke detectors promote resident independence with the security of 24-hour-per-day emergency medical assistance. ** Available apartments are offered to those on a wait list who have completed applications and have met our criteria. Occasional openings occur in apartments that are not taken by those on the wait list. Fairmount does not charge an application fee, and those on the wait list who are not yet ready to make a move when an opening is available retain their place on the wait list.
