And we know it's not always easy for the family members who take on much of the responsibility for making that change in lifestyle for their loved one. We are here to assist you through the initial adjustment period. If necessary, we are available to make referrals to appropriate agencies in case of financial, medical, psychiatric, rehabilitative, and/or social concerns that we may not be able to address. We, at Sky Residential, believe that the more residents enjoy their lives, the healthier they feel. The residents at Sky Residential are offered a unique combination of stimulating activities, a pleasant living environment, supported assisted living and, most important, warm human relationships. Given the individual needs of our residents, this combination is delicate and ever changing. For some, it must emphasize creativity, independence and social participation: for others, quiet, rest, and the preservation of dignity and self-respect. At Sky Residential, families can feel confident that their love one is living in an environment of health and security. We provide a 24-hour awake staff that have all state required certifications and complete at least 12 hours of continuing education each year, in addition to a variety of seminars and in-service training sessions.
