We make it easy and affordable for anyone looking for a quiet, safe place to live with close proximity to some of Chattanooga’s best restaurants and shopping.We only have a couple of firm rules; no smoking on property, no dogs, must be 55 or older. If help is needed for showers or med reminders, we also have a home care service we offer at an additional cost of $24hr with a 2hr per day minimum.
