Luther Center offers one and two bedroom apartments, as well as a number of Assisted Living apartments for seniors over age 60. To receive subsidy for rent, applicants must meet income guidelines as determined by HUD. APARTMENTS AS LOW AS $25 (based on your income)! Apartments are furnished with a refrigerator, range, air conditioner, mini-blinds, carpeting and optional cable service. Luther Center also offers an optional meal program. Noon and evening meals are prepared on-site fresh daily and are available for a very reasonable cost. Luther Center is an apartment located in Winnebago County.
