Our center is a one hundred-twenty five bed skilled nursing facility which provides twenty-four hour residential health services for persons who are no longer in an acute phase of illness but who continue to require frequent nursing observation, care and rehabilitative services. Opened in 1978, Vista Nursing & Rehabilitation Center has worked over 40 years building and maintaining a first rate reputation as a vital part of the Pasadena community. We are proud to be owned by a Texas based company, Four Cooks Senior Care, whose mission is to serve seniors across Texas in regional communities such as Pasadena. Our purpose is to help chronically ill or disabled residents reach and maintain their greatest potential and to continue a quality living experience adapted to their individual health status and personal preferences.
