Welcome to Anna John Resident Centered Care Community (AJRCCC), previously known as the Anna John Nursing Home. The AJRCCC provides a 24 hour skilled nursing care for long term and rehabilitating patients. Assessments of potential patients are arranged through the Social Worker or the Director of Nursing to determine appropriateness of placement. A personal assessment or tour of the facility can be arranged by calling the AJRCCC.
