Our Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Peshtigo East location is a 50-bed nursing home in a beautiful woodland setting with exterior walking paths and an interior design that reinforces nature and wildlife. Our care team is dedicated to providing a full range of rehabilitative therapies and 24-hour skilled nursing. Skilled nursing facilities, or commonly called nursing homes, deliver the kind of care required by only licensed nursing professionals. At Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Peshtigo East, our experienced and certified care team delivers both short-term rehabilitative therapy, respite care to temporarily relieve a family caregiver, and long-term care following an injury, illness, or hospital stay. Oftentimes, residents are referred to us by a physician or facility case management team, but we also work with residents and families who are seeking to pre-plan their surgery and rehabilitative care or arrange for long-term nursing care needs. Our Peshtigo East facility also includes a dedicated unit focused on helping residents struggling with memory loss. Whatever the level of care may be, our nursing team delivers a resident-centered, outcome-focused interdisciplinary approach to ensure high-quality services. Beautiful, private rooms and spacious suites provide an appropriate, comfortable setting to recover. Located minutes from the beautiful lakeside community of Marinette, Wisconsin, and our Renaissance by Rennes assisted living apartment community, residents who do not require 24-hour nursing care also enjoy outpatient therapy and transportation between these two facilities. In August 2023, we opened our new Community-Based-Residential Care Facility (CBRF), named Residence by Rennes, Assisted Living & Memory Care, which provides care for up to 29 individuals. Residence by Rennes-Peshtigo is the second such location for the Rennes Group, with the first located on its De Pere campus. We’re thrilled to include this expansion of the continuum of care for Peshtigo-area residents.
