Bayley Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Care offer residents more vigilant care while honoring privacy, independence, and access to family and friends. Nursing Care areas are Medicare/Medicaid certified with a majority of private for single person occupancy. A variety of specialists, including a podiatrist, dentist, ophthalmologist, and audiologist, visit Bayley residents on a regular basis. Residents benefit from our on-site vision center as well as physical, occupational, speech, and aquatic therapies through an extensive rehabilitation program. A comprehensive, professional staff supports the holistic needs of our residents, providing person centered care. Our Social Services Department helps coordinate services and provide resources to our residents and their family members. The Pastoral Care Staff ministers to the spiritual and emotional concerns of residents and family members, regardless of religious preference. Professional counseling services are also available for ongoing support. The Activities Department offers a broad range of options to suit the interests of our residents, including trivia, horseshoes, crafts, bingo, computer classes, exercise programs, field trips to local restaurants and attractions, and so much more. Our outdoor gardens and walking trails allow residents the chance to appreciate the beautiful scenery, relax in the sunshine, and gather with family. Residents enjoy the socialization of eating their meals together in the dining room, or opt for individual room service. Regardless, a registered dietitian monitors residents with special diet requirements. Our many parlors, community rooms and common spaces offer family members a place to celebrate special occasions or visits with residents.
