Our facility is housed in the historical home of Lenoir Memorial Hospital, now transformed into the stucco-sided home of up to 175 residents. The facility holds many memories for multiple generations who remember the births of children and grandchildren in our halls and delight in returning for the facility-sponsored celebrations of centenarians and multi-generational families. Harmony Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has recently completed an extensive environmental enhancement campaign. We have improved all five nursing stations which now provide cable and telephone access, as well as individually controlled heat/air. Our state-of-the art rehabilitation center has recently been opened & is currently enabling residents to receive therapy and return home sooner. New parking has also been added and allows easier access for both residents and families. An enclosed courtyard (shown above) has been constructed for all residents to access the outdoors, and our facility grounds have been both modernized and landscaped.
