Memory Lane is a skilled nursing facility that was acquired by Paradigm Senior Management in 2022 and repurposed for specialty Dementia care. We are family-owned and locally-operated and provide personal touch care that large corporate organizations cannot duplicate. The facility has been designed to accommodate patients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease with 24-hour nursing oversight to provide the safest and secure environment possible for your loved ones. You will find a very friendly and homey environment here at Memory Lane of Dexter. Memory Lane of Dexter is a seventy-three bed Skilled Nursing Unit designed specifically for Dementia care. We offer our own specialized Dementia program that allows us to tailor care for your loved ones. The facility has also been equipped with “special activity stations” designed to help Dementia patients recall activities they did while living independently or as a professional. Examples include a handyman work station, faux washer and dryer set and a kitchen setup. The facility also has a secure courtyard that we allow residents to access daily to help reduce exit-seeking behavior.
