Featuring CAMPStrong - Comprehensive Amputation Management Program Located in the heart of Randallstown and directly across the street from Northwest Hospital, FutureCare Old Court is an award-winning facility, recognized for providing superior levels of quality care by the American Healthcare Association. Residents have access to a comprehensive line of clinical services, ranging from short-stay rehabilitation programs to long-term skilled nursing care for treatment and management of more complex medical conditions. Old Court’s team of talented and compassionate physicians, nurses, nursing assistants and therapists are extensively trained to tend to the ongoing needs of each individual patient. Those who require specialized skilled nursing services, rehabilitation, tracheotomy support, bariatric care, wound management or IV therapies can rely on us with confidence. Palliative care, respite and hospice services are also available, as needed. FutureCare Old Court’s comprehensive rehabilitation program is staffed by physical and occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists, who are available seven days per week to help patients who are recovering from an acute illness, orthopedic surgery, traumatic incident or complex medical procedure. Our therapists focus on helping patients regain strength, balance and coordination skills, utilizing our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, with the ultimate goal being to prepare each resident for discharge and return to home.
