Conveniently located near downtown Indianapolis and within 3 miles of Methodist Hospital, Eskenazi, Indiana University Medical Center, and the Veterans Administration Hospital, Westpark offers everything from long-term skilled nursing and pain management to memory care and rehab-to-home programs. Additional amenities include: on-site physician services 5 days per week, private and semi-private rooms, a full activity calendar, chaplain visits and worship services. We are proud participants in the OPTIMISTIC program (in conjunction with Indiana University), SMART program (through Purdue University), and Eskenazi Post-Acute Network.
