Our Story

Founded in 2016 by Pilar Carvajal, Innovation Senior Living builds on a legacy of service and dedication that began in 2001 with Pilar’s family business focused on affordable assisted living. Inspired by her mother and empowered by her education at Smith College, Pilar was driven to create senior living solutions that address the needs of the middle-income senior population. Today, our vision remains clear: to make value-focused senior living options a common choice for families across Florida.
