WoodBine Senior Living was founded by Steve Gaylor and Gloria Brock in 2005.  Sixteen years later, Donna LaRotonda, Chris Behm, and Daryl McCombs began managing the daily operations of the company and its communities.  Our mission is to improve the quality of life for all seniors, and our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Challenged communities require a very different process from communities that are stable. Our efforts focus on resident care and satisfaction, staff development at all levels, and the financial health of the communities we serve. Our processes result in maximizing revenue, meeting or exceeding net income projections, creating a quality product that will own its market, while increasing asset value. We turnaround communities and simultaneously build teams that will maintain this success going forward.
